We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are handled by secure third-party services.

4. How Scans Are Handled
We only request or access your 3D scan after receiving your explicit consent. You may:
Upload the scan yourself,
Authorize us to request it from your clinic,
Or get a new scan arranged via our partner clinics.
Scans are stored securely and used solely for producing your custom retainers.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data.
We only share your data with trusted third parties when necessary:
Dental labs: For manufacturing your retainers based on approved scan data
Cloud infrastructure providers: (such as Gmail/Google Workspace and Cloudflare) who securely host or route our email, web traffic, or contact forms
Analytics & marketing tools: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity – all run via Cloudflare Zaraz with cookie consent controls
All third parties are required to comply with EU GDPR standards.
6. Data Retention
We store your data only as long as necessary:
Order and membership records: Up to 7 years (for legal/accounting reasons)
3D scans: As long as you are an active member or up to 3 years from last order
Emails and communication: Up to 5 years after last interaction, or longer if you’re an active member
Analytics data: As per tool settings (usually anonymized after 14–26 months)
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

Analytics and marketing (Google, Meta, Clarity)
