Production & Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and confirmed within 1 business day.
Retainer production begins only after a valid 3D scan has been received and approved.
Manufacturing typically takes up to 5 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If you do not yet have a valid scan, or if we are unable to receive it from your clinic, your order will be placed on hold until the scan is available.
If a new scan is required, this may involve a fee charged directly by the clinic, outside the control of Keepers Club.
If there is a delay due to high order volume or scan-related issues, we will inform you by email.
Shipping Information
Shipping within Sweden is free of charge and included in the price of the product.
Orders are delivered using tracked shipping to the nearest pickup point.
Estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days from the time your scan has been approved and production begins.
International shipping is available. Shipping fees and delivery times vary and will be communicated before dispatch.
Customs & International Charges
For deliveries outside Sweden, import duties, taxes, or other customs charges may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Keepers Club’s pricing.
Returns, Damages & Remakes
Due to the custom-made nature of retainers, we are not able to accept standard returns or cancellations once production has begun.
However, if your product is:
Damaged in transit
Defective due to a manufacturing issue
Incorrect due to an error on our side
We will either:
Remake the product free of charge, or
Offer a full refund if a remake is not possible
To report an issue:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Include a detailed description and photos of the problem
We may ask you to return the product for inspection
Please note:
Breakages reported after 30 days are considered wear-related and are not eligible for free remake or refund
Fit issues caused by outdated scan data or recent dental work are not considered production errors. In such cases, we can help arrange a new scan (fees may apply)
No Scan Available Yet?
You can still place an order even if you do not currently have a scan.
After your order:
We can contact your clinic (with your permission) to request a copy of your scan, or
Help you arrange a new scan at one of our partner clinics. A separate scan fee may apply.
Production will begin once the scan has been received and verified.
