Introduction

At Keepers Club, we are dedicated to helping you maintain your smile after orthodontic treatment. Keepers are also suitable for those who never had orthodontic treatment but want extra protection for their teeth at night or to keep teeth from moving and wearing down as they age. We do not move teeth or provide active orthodontic treatment. If you would like to move and straighten your teeth, we recommend that you consult with an orthodontist. Keepers Club is focused exclusively on maintaining your teeth’s anatomy and position.

Retainers and Mouthguards

Keepers Club produces retainers and mouthguards designed to retain your teeth in their current position. We do not practice orthodontics or dentistry to straighten or otherwise move your teeth; that is the job of an orthodontist. Our goal is to complement the results of orthodontic treatment by providing an easier and more affordable way to maintain your smile after treatment.

Human Body Changes

It is important to understand that the human body is constantly changing and aging. The bone surrounding the teeth remodels and changes, which can affect the position of the teeth even if orthodontic treatment was never done and teeth were always straight. For this reason, Keepers’ retention caps can be used not only to maintain orthodontic treatment results but also to prophylactically prevent crowding that can occur throughout life. Keepers does not hold responsibility for retainers that do not fit after natural changes that occur throughout time which can be also affected or become more severe by not using retainers for longer periods. Keepers solution to those natural possible changes, is to offer new retainers over newly made scan in order to ensure best fit.

Dental Health Responsibility

Keepers Club relies on individual and personal dental health responsibility. We do not check or diagnose dental problems or dental health issues. We only provide retention caps which are precisely made over the 3D scan and anatomy provided to Keepers or made in the Keepers office. Any existing dental problems such as caries, gum disease, root infections, etc., should be treated and resolved by your dentist. Keepers does not hold responsibility for dental problems that may occur if retention caps are used when the oral cavity and teeth are not fully healthy.
