- Overview
This website and service are operated by Keepers Sweden AB under the name Keepers Club. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and clinics ordering on behalf of patients.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Our Products
Keepers Club offers custom-made clear retainers, designed individually for each customer based on a recent 3D scan. These retainers help maintain tooth alignment and prevent wear caused by natural shifting or grinding.
All retainers are manufactured by trusted third-party dental laboratories in cooperation with Keepers, based on the validated scan data provided or approved by the customer.
The laboratories we partner with:
- Operate in accordance with applicable EU medical device regulations
- Use certified, biocompatible, BPA-free, and hypoallergenic materials
- Follow approved production protocols to ensure product safety and reliability
Keepers does not manufacture retainers in-house but ensures that every product is produced to meet our standards for function, comfort, and safety.
- Ordering Process
Orders can be placed with or without an existing 3D dental scan. However, production will not begin until a valid scan is received and verified.
To proceed with production, the following conditions must be met:
- A valid 3D scan must be available — either recently taken at a dental clinic or already held by the customer in digital format (e.g., STL)
- If the scan is not recent, the customer must confirm that retainers are still in regular use and still fit properly
- The customer must confirm that no new dental work (such as fillings, crowns, or extractions) has been performed since the scan was taken
If no scan is available, Keepers Club can assist in:
- Arranging a new scan at a partner clinic (a separate fee may apply)
- Contacting a clinic on the customer’s behalf to retrieve an existing scan, if authorized
Orders are always placed by the customer, even when the scan is taken or shared by a clinic.
Keepers Club reserves the right to delay or reject production if the scan is not valid or the conditions above are not met.
In the event that production cannot be completed due to scan-related or eligibility issues, the order will be refunded in full.
- Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in SEK including VAT.
We currently accept Swish and invoice as payment methods. Payment must be completed before production begins.
- Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.
- Delivery
- All deliveries within Sweden are free of charge.
- International deliveries may incur additional fees.
Products are typically dispatched within 5 business days from receiving valid scan data and order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days including production and shipping.
Delivery is made to a designated pickup point. Tracked shipping is always used.
- Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 business day of placement, provided production has not yet begun.
To request a cancellation, please email [email protected]. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the custom-made nature of retainers, we do not accept returns under the general right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt), in accordance with Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen – custom-made goods exemption). However, if your retainer is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expected quality due to a manufacturing issue, we are committed to resolving the issue.
We offer the following options:
- A free remake if the product is confirmed to be defective.
- A refund only if a remake is not possible or if the replacement is also deemed defective
To initiate a case:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Include a description and photo(s) of the issue.
- We may request the product to be returned for inspection.
Please note:
- Retainers are only guaranteed to fit if your 3D scan is up-to-date and no recent dental work has been done since.
- If a fitting issue is due to outdated or inaccurate scan data, we will assist you in arranging a new scan to proceed with a corrected order (at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed).
- Refunds
Refunds are only considered if:
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect, and
- A remake is not possible or has already been attempted and failed.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Subscription or administration fees (if applicable)
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
- Issues caused by outdated scan data or customer-provided inaccuracies
- Breakages and Remakes
If your retainer breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt, we will:
- Remake the product free of charge, or
- Offer a refund if a remake is not possible
To process a remake or refund:
- You must report the issue within 30 days
- Photographic evidence is required
- We may ask you to return the product for inspection
Important:
Breakages after 30 days are considered related to normal wear and patient handling, and are not eligible for free remake.
If the fit issue is due to outdated scan data or dental changes, we will help arrange a new scan (at customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed) so that a replacement can be produced.
- Fit Guarantee
Each retainer is guaranteed to fit based on the validated scan provided. If there is a fit issue due to production error, we will remake it at no cost.
- Limitation of Liability
Keepers Club is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party delivery providers
- Incorrect or outdated scan data
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or lack of care
- Privacy & Cookies
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use cookies for essential features, analytics, and marketing. You may manage your cookie preferences via our banner (powered by Klaro).
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts.
- Updates
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on our website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
